This present work comprises an Experience Report on the reflections that emerged before and during the practice of teleservices, in the Covid-19 pandemic, at the Interdisciplinary Clinic of APAE in Sapiranga/RS. The professionals involved in this work are part of the group of specialties in Early Stimulation, Initial Psychopedagogy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Psychomotricity, and Social Work. The teleservices took place through digital media, according to the guidelines of the professionals in each area, to meet the demands of patients and families, by listening, seeking an adequate assessment, maintaining links, and the course of interventions. Thus, even though teleservice is challenging, it proved to be viable when the desire is present in the relationship between therapist and patient, and this type of service may present certain gains, such as putting into practice issues that did not appear in the face-to-face service and greater family engagement in the therapeutic process of the assisted subject.
