Abstract

This article seeks to discuss, within the Brazilian scenario, aspects related to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the world of work. We started from the assumption that
there are many challenges for including people with disabilities in the work environment indeed
and that there is a need to articulate education, health, work and social assistance policies. This
study has a qualitative approach, carried out through a bibliographic and documental research.
