ANÁLISE DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE OS PROFISSIONAIS DE PRÁTICAS CORPORAIS E O DESENVOLVIMENTO DA PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE E QUALIDADE DE VIDA EM USUÁRIOS DA APAE PASSOS/MG

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the activities offered to individuals with intellectual and multiple disabilities (DIM). The research adopted a semi-structured interview methodology, involving professionals from the fields of Physical Education, Dance, Theater, and Physical Therapy. The results revealed the professionals' perceptions of the impact of these activities on the users' lives and their social integration, highlighting aspects such as the services provided, challenges faced, work environment, and interaction with other professionals. The analysis included both young people and adults served by the Centro Dia program. It is concluded that the responses were predominantly positive, indicating that the program meets the expectations of the research and the needs of the participants, as offered by APAE.
