The present experience report aims to discuss the importance of art as a bridge to inclusion and learning for special needs students from the Association of Parents and Friends of Exceptional Children (APAE) in Meleiro - SC, through artistic production with mannequins. Inclusion, along with art, creates a space for self-knowledge, thus helping the global development of each student. Society can see special needs students through art. Through artistic movements with a worldwide scope, art allows students to know many art manifestos. When studying famous artists and their various art forms from their periods, it became possible to select 12 for a specific art reading, using recycled mannequins as the canvas. This work could be brought to society through art exhibitions in public spaces.
